Experience

I am a family nurse practitioner trained at the University of Austin, Texas, with a decade of experience in geriatric medicine, where I cared for individuals with complex chronic conditions including diabetes, congestive heart failure, hypertension, thyroid disorders, fatty liver disease, obesity, dementia and acute illnesses. I have supported patients through rehabilitation after injuries and strokes and have walked alongside individuals and families at the end of life - experiences that profoundly shaped my philosophy of care. Prior to my work as a nurse practitioner, I worked as a registered nurse in multiple high-acuity settings, including a medical-surgical unit, cardiac hospital, the operating room, and the emergency department. This wide-ranging experience allows me to understand the full healthcare journey - from prevention to crisis care - and to guide clients with a deep level of clinical insight.

Philosophy

I believe wellness isn't just the absence of disease - it's the presence of vitality, purpose, balance, and strength at every stage of life. In today's world, people don't just want to survive - they want to thrive.
